I am setting up this page for my lovely Alex as he was such a lovely caring man I love him dearly he was taken from us to soon and before he had died on the 17th June 2010 he set up a fundraising gig he set the date the 21st August 2010 he gave it a name The Big Love Music Night he spoke to all the bandmembers all he had played with over the years as he was a wonderful drummer he picked the venue and spoke to June and all he needed to help set it up all we had to do was make sure it went ahead and it did and was a wonderful tribute night for my Alex he would have been so pleased everyone involved done my Alex proud raising well over what he thought he done a wonderful job and I'm so proud of my lovely Alex and I'm so sad without him as I know so many family and friends are he was such a great husband and father to Lesley and Mandy my daughters who he loved as though his own but the ones I think he loved being with was his grandkids Samantha Liam Jodie and Niamh he would have so much fun with them loved to spend time with them always being the big kid himself .We love you Alex
